You can change your details at any time using ‘My Account' which you can get to by clicking on the person icon. Once you're logged in, you can change your:
Log into 'My Account' and click the 'Edit' or 'Edit/ Add' buttons under each section of your account to change the details.
Once you've updated them, remember to click ‘Save'. Any changes you make to your account will not affect the details of any orders you've already placed
If you've forgotten your password, it's really simple to get back into your account.
We recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you can’t find the email. Make sure to also check the inbox of any other email address that may be linked to your account. For example, if you’ve linked a social media account to your SMILYWOLF account, it’s worth checking the email address connected to that account as the email could have been sent there.
